Self cleaning oven gets a new $1,000 perk
The newest self cleaning oven at the Costco in New Jersey has a new perk: a $1.50 credit toward the purchase of a new machine that will eliminate the need for a car.
Costco, the nation’s largest retail chain, said Thursday that it has a $25 credit toward self cleaning appliances and vacuums.
This is the first of its kind, Costco said.
The credit is available to people who make purchases of any of the following items at Costco: vacuos, self cleaning cookers, vacuose, cleaning pads, dusters, vacuum cleaners, self-cleaning ovens, air conditioners, fans, humidifiers, thermostats, humidifier sprayers, and water heaters.
The self-cleaner machines have a variety of options, including one with an automatic door and an electric door.
The automatic door allows for quicker opening and closing of the appliance.
Costo said it will also offer a “couple of other things” in the near future.
Those include a $10 rebate for a new self-closing oven that allows for a quicker opening, and a new model of vacuum cleaner that is designed to eliminate the use of a car’s motor.
The new machines will be available in September.
